Easylogicsoft provides security files transmission services related to U.S.A., Canada and Japan custom houses regulations. The data filing for the containerized goods, that are entering an American, Canadian, or Japanese port of discharge, has to occur before they are loaded at the port of origin.
The procedures also compliy with American (Federal Register, Department of Homeland Security, 25/11/2008), and Canadian (Advance Commercial Information Program, D3-5-1, Commercial Vessels in International Service, D3-5-2, Marine Cargo – Import Movements) regulations.
This service is carried out together with our partner Descartes, a software provider for data filing to custom houses. It covers the following types of filings:
AMS,ISF: required for imports towards the U.S.A.
ACI: required for imports towards Canada (it will shortly be replaced by the new required data file called "eManifest")
AFR: required for imports towards Japan.
